The Huachuca Art Association’s new Gallery located in the Mall at Sierra Vista is open 7 days a week and welcomes shoppers and art enthusiasts. We have seen a great increase in membership and benefits to our artists since opening the new gallery. The HAA impact on the community is also expanding due to our new accessibility. Our presence seems to have reignited visitor’s personal interest in art. Our docents are able to interact with patrons answering questions about the artwork available for purchase, the artists, and just talk “Shop”.

Guidelines for showing artwork at the new Sierra Vista Mall Art Gallery:

• Each member may hang 5 framed pieces. To be able to show as many artists as possible, space allotment for each artist will not exceed 45 sq. ft. The gallery curators may use their discretion in determining when artists have exceeded their space limitations. Artists may submit up to 20 other items, not for hanging, such as fine crafts, pottery, unframed, matted art, jewelry, boxes of cards, etc. Total inventory including framed pieces must not exceed 20 items. Up to 20 single greeting cards are allowed in addition to the 20 inventory pieces.
• Fee is $20 per month or $100 in advance for 6 months.
• Artwork is to be delivered and/or traded out and wall space paid for on the last Wednesday of the month, 10 am to 1 pm.
• All persons showing their work are required to docent 8 hours per month, either an 8 hour shift, or two 4 hour shifts.
• The last Wednesday of each month will be the day for paying for wall space and/or trading out art work for the next month.
